This is how simple it is:
- Find the property you desire.
- Request an application (basic information and SS# will be needed)
- Bank will run your credit at no risk to your score
- If your score is at least 650 and above, you’re approved
- Get appraisal on the property you desire
- Bank approves 80% to appraisal value
- 20% down on all purchases + closing cost
- Only 1-2 points added
- Interests rates as low as 4% (depending on Fed interest rates and credit, this could change)
Typical loans will close less that 14 days after an official appraisal has been submitted.
